At Light House, we want to ensure your space is perfectly illuminated. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all bulbs, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely tape the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
